Outsourcing made easy with iPEO Solutions

The iPEO Difference

Today’s business world is complex and companies no longer fit as easily into the traditional Insurance “box” that was once a viable option. On a similar note, not all PEOs are created equal- certain PEOs are more competitive in various niches than others. Our unique process combines the best of traditional Insurance agency and PEO offerings to deliver customized, cost-efficient, and scalable solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients. In addition to being PEO brokers, we are licensed Insurance brokers which allows us to mix and match traditional Insurance with PEO and truly advise our clients...Read More

PEO vs Insurance

Traditionally, business owners rely on their Insurance agent to find them the best Workers Comp and Employee Benefits plans. Insurance agencies represent a wide variety of customers whose businesses are all very different. Insurance agents pair a business with a carrier. PEOs absorb businesses into their master health plan and master Workers Comp policy. This allows small to mid-size companies to achieve better pricing through economies of scale, as well as access the wealth of administration and support services offered.

Naturally, Insurance agencies and PEOs view each other as competitors for Workers Comp and Employee Benefits. Because of this, Insurance agents and PEO reps compromise their client’s best interests by serving their own agendas. Insurance agents often take a reactive approach when having a PEO conversation with their clients.

Regional skilled nursing facility chain (2,000+ employees)

I am the former CFO of a national SNF chain (10,000+ employees) and Mike exceeded my expectations as an Insurance and PEO partner. When I went out on my own, Mike was the first call I made. I have had a relationship with Mike, his prior firms and iPEO for nearly twenty years. From inception through high growth we have partnered with them due to leading expertise & relationships in senior living and Insurance /co employment sectors.

We enjoy a long term relationship with Mike, his predecessor firms & iPEO for over fifteen years. They have overseen Insurance & PEO/ HRO solutions for both of these owned entities from inception. As an investment firm and operator, we wanted to evaluate all viable service /risk financing options to achieve our goals of focusing only on our core business to reduce costs, employer related liabilities and make our brands more valuable . Throughout our growth cycle, iPEO has provided customized vendors & programs along with most appropriate solutions to achieve our strategic initiatives. We find their firms to be valued partners not just vendors!

As our clients grow, we scale

When our clients outgrow their PEO relationship, we are standing by to help. If a business finds itself to be large enough to buy Employee Benefits and Workers Comp alone they may only want to use a partner for Payroll & HR. This is called HRO. If a client decides it’s HR needs are very light and that it does not need any support or outsourcing, they may opt only for payroll in an ASO model.

Businesses outgrow their vendors and partners constantly as their needs evolve. We are committed to scaling with our clients and providing best in class solutions at each phase of the business life cycle. This is evident in our success stories many of which are 15+ year relationships.
